Terms of Service

1. Services

Creed AI Agency ("Creed," "we," "us") provides done-for-you customer acquisition services including targeted email outreach and lead generation. By subscribing to our services, you ("Client") agree to these terms.

2. Month-to-Month Subscription

All plans are billed month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts. You may subscribe to any plan shown on our Pricing page and cancel at any time before your next billing date. Pricing and plan details are as described on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

3. Payment

All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles all billing, tax calculation, and payment processing. By purchasing our services, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms as the payment processor. All prices are in USD.

Late payments may result in a pause of services until payment is received.

4. Refunds

Our Refund Policy is available at /refund and is incorporated into these terms by reference.

5. Intellectual Property

All lead data, lists, and targeting strategies developed for the Client during the subscription remain the property of Creed. Creed retains ownership of its proprietary outreach systems, algorithms, and methodologies. No ownership of client business data is claimed.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for responding to leads in a timely manner, providing necessary information about their target audience, maintaining professional communication with prospects, and closing their own deals. Creed does not guarantee that any specific lead will convert into a sale.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (email providers, CRMs, analytics). We are not responsible for the uptime, security, or policies of these services. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

Creed's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the most recent month of service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or lost opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
