Refund Policy

Month-to-Month Subscription

All plans are billed month-to-month. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. No long-term contracts or commitments required.

No Refunds for Partial Months

Because our services are already rendered during each billing period (outreach is sent, leads are generated), we do not offer refunds for partial months once the billing period has begun. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to the leads delivered up to that point.

Zero-Lead Guarantee (Proration)

If we deliver zero qualified leads during a full billing month, we will prorate that month and credit the amount toward your next billing period. Simply contact us at hello@creedwebdesign.org and we will review and apply the credit.

Dispute Resolution

If you have an issue with your subscription or billing, contact us at hello@creedwebdesign.org. We prefer to resolve concerns directly. Lemon Squeezy handles payment disputes on our behalf as our merchant of record. Their buyer protection policies may apply.

Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and directly.
